Our Custom Training differs greatly from our scheduled classes i.e., our Custom Training has no set drills or course throughout the day, while the set classes do. Custom Training allows us to tailor not only the day to the client's goals, but every drill along the way... not to mention the pace is defined by one, not the least skilled in a group. Our set courses are still the smallest group classes you'll find in the industry, making them extremely effective. It's just the way we like to train, the smaller the class the better for retention and depth in material covered. Custom Training is just the epitome of personal training and it's advantages.
